SHIPPING & RETURNS

Our shipping policy differs depending on where you live in the world, and the goods you purchase. We are currently in the midst of our relocating some of our primary suppliers to North American locations.

For the MOUNTAIN COLLECTION:

If you are a North American customer, your goods are made in the heart of the Rockies in Alberta, Canada. We print, pack and ship with care right from Banff.

If you are an Australasian customer, every LOOSE garment is made to order- printed, packed and shipped with care from Auckland, New Zealand. This means that delivery can take an extra day or two as we ensure the highest quality product arrives at your door.

For anywhere else in the world- the UK, Asia, Europe - your goods will be shipped out according to stock levels in our two locations.

ALL PREVIOUS COLLECTIONS:(SHAKA WINTER RELEASE, THE JUNGLE, CLASSICS)

Your goods are made to order- printed, packed and shipped with care from Auckland, New Zealand. This means that delivery can take an extra day or two as we ensure the highest quality product arrives at your door.

 

Delivery time:              

New Zealand               4 - 10 working days

Australia                 6 - 12 working days

Canada                    4 - 10 working days

Rest of the World         2 – 3 weeks (faster options available)

 

Please note delivery time is measured from when your order is dispatched and does not include any hold ups that may occur due to local Custom procedures. Orders are dispatched multiple times everyday from Monday to Friday.

 

 

CHANGE YO MIND?

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the applicable laws.

 

Returns must be made within 14 days of the package delivery date.

You must contact store@looseclothing.co.nz explaining why you want to return the garment, and we will let you know how to proceed. Return shipping costs shall be at the expense of the customer.

 

 

FAULTY PRODUCT?

If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact store@looseclothing.co.nz explaining the fault. Once the item is received we will assess the fault. We will deem the item faulty at our discretion. We have a 90 day return policy for any faulty items. If the item has been misused, or the care instructions have not been followed you will not be eligible to claim the item as faulty.If your item is indeed faulty, we offer a store credit. Shipping fees are non refundable.

We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.

IMPORT CHARGES

If you are purchasing LOOSE products and you live outside of New Zealand or Canada, please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery into your country. These charges depend on your country's import legislation and are not covered by LOOSE Clothing NZ in the free shipping service we provide.
